Pain post cholecystecomy

Having had my gall bladder removed six weeks ago, I am getting referred pain in line with the inferior angle of my scapula over the lower ribs.

Since I no longer have a gall bladder, it is a bit worrying to have pain that is associated with having a dysfunctional one.

Have I got some kind of phantom gallbladder pain?  Is this normal and does it go away?

See your surgeon
Maybe some labs and an ultrasound would help
