possible infection after having gallbladder removed

I had my gallbladder removed last Monday after experiencing lots of pain caused by the stones.  The surgery was done laproscopy and 5 incisions were made. Now today, I have noticed a raised half-cirlce area that is raised and has liquid filled bubbles on top.  This place that concerns me is between 2 of my stiched incisions.  I was just wondering if this is normal or is it a sign of infection.
