Another Could It Be Swine Flu

I've been feeling bad for about 10 days now.  My symptoms are sore throat, sinus drainage, fatigue, dry cough, and night sweats.  I went to the doctor last Thursday and he told me it was a sinus infection, and it wasn't the flu since I didn't have a fever or coughing up anything.  He gave me some antibiotics that I've been taking since Thursday night but I haven't really gotten any better.  My throat doesn't hurt like it did my adam's apple feels bruised and I'm still coughing and am fatigued.  Today when I was walking to class it was kind of cold and my throat and lungs were burning really bad by the time I got to class and I've been coughing a lot today, still dry cough.  My lymph nodes under my chin are still swelled up and so is one on the left side of my neck.  I rarely get sick and I've never had a sinus infection before, so I'm wondering if maybe I just have a mild case of swine flu.  It has been going around my school and I was at the doctor about 4 days before I had any symptoms and everyone in the waiting room was coughing and sick.  Should I call the doctor tomorrow and tell him I'm not any better and could it just be the sinus infection taking that long to get better?
