I wonder if any ladies out there have a flu shot or H1N1 shot? if you do, are there any side effects?
I have doctor appointment on Tuesday 9/22 and thinking about asking my doctor about the flu shot... I usually have my flu shot around this time... Now I am close to 23 weeks pregnant and don't want to have flu and also don't know should i get flu shot or not...
Would you have flu shot or H1N1 shot if your doctor offers? any advice will help....
I'm 23 weeks pregnant also and I got the normal seasonal flu shot and didn't have any adverse reactions. My 17 month daughter also got it and she did great too! I will definitely be getting the H1N1 vaccine as soon as it's available.
Thank you for posting this question! I was going to do the same thing!
I work in a hospital and my doc said I will need to get the regular flu shot and then, the H1N1 when it comes out. But I have a couple of weeks to get out of my first trimester. He said I cannot have them until I am out of my first trimester.
I am definately getting the regular flu shot and I am still 50/50 about the swine flue shot, but will most likely get it cause I am a health care worker.
Thank you for your response.. I will talk to my doctor and will see what happen.. Flu shot I feel more comfortable.. but H1N1 shot i am kinda still debate.. Since this is a new shot.. i don't know how it affects the body and the baby.. I will get more info and will response back to this post...
