I haven't started TTC yet, but plan to start next cycle. I started taking Vitex and I'm hoping that will help me start ovulating (been off birth control for over 2 months and have had 2 anovulatory cycles so far). I was diagnosed with PCOS a few years ago after my cycles started getting longer and longer. I'm hoping that was due to stress and that it won't happen again - last cycle was only 30 days, so I am hopeful! If I don't get EWCM this cycle, I might try taking evening primrose oil next cycle.
I'm taking B-6 hoping that helps with my LP
Taking Soy Iso to help with my O
Taking EPO to help with CM
And must NOT forget the Folic Acid!
GL 2 Jenna! We will be sprinkling the baby dust on you! I know how that is with the B/C and coing off and no O! I been off Depo for 6 yrs and im still not 100% sure I'm O'ing properly!! Don't ever give up with that PCOS either Joy the leader on the PG 18-34 board has it and she's giving birth to her 3rd daughter this month!! It can happen!!

I have two children: son 15 and daughter 12 who I conceived naturally and with no complications with the help of food derived vitamins and minerals I get from my Naturopathic Doctor along with trying to eat healthy, exercise and lots of sleep. I became pregnant again 7 years after having tubal ligation surgery done, but we lost our baby at 10 weeks, possibly due to low progesterone and would love to conceive again. Had tests done and have been on all natural progesterone(progonB tablets) for 11 months following miscarriage, which I also get from my Naturopathic Doctor. My progesterone levels are peaking now and hopefully I can keep everything balanced so that I can conceive again. GOD BLESS EVERYONE!!!
lydia pinkham is a tonic that is the most nastiest taste ever lol, you must take it like before every meal i have the bottle there and "yikes" its still full, el te de damiana i get it in leaf form from an indian herb shop they sell it to me by the pound and i have to boil it and make sure that i get everything out of the leaves... Hi everyone, new to the forum glad to have found it! I just started using herbal tinctures. I take Vitex, burdock, and wild yam. I drink women's liberty tea that I got from whole foods and I will began using progesterone cream this cycle. I have fibroids and have had 3 m/c all occuring days after getting the BFP do I know I can get pregnant, it's just sustaining the pregnancy is where I need help so hopefully this will help. I also have a genetic deficiency where my body doesn't make folic acid so I take 800mcg daily.
I started taking Agnus Castus and red raspberry leaf tea on a Tuesday and Ovulated the following Tuesday after 63 days or so of waiting. It could just be coincidence. I stopped taking it around the time I felt O coming.
hello, I have been TTC for almost a year now, I havent had my period for 4 months before the last month. I know it was due to stress, I took a home PG test and it was positive, i went to see the doctor and it was negitive, I had a hudge amount of stress buildt up inside me that I had no idea I had!!! and that caused my cycle to stop. I have seen a specialist, he put me on pills to bring back my Period, it worked. I don't know when I am ovalating, its hard for me to pin point when to check. I know you all here are trying your best to consive and nothing seems to happen. I was at a herblist and she told me that with a certain herb she has helped a lady that came to see her who has been trying for a baby for 15 YEARS to get PG, she is now happily 4 Months along, I am on those kinds of herbs right now, My advice is to you to go see a Herblist, they are Natural and they dont use drugs, when you take drugs to get PG the drug would most likely stay in the baby, and we all want a healthy Pregiency. God Bless You All!!!
Hi just wanted to share what I am personally taking.
Progressive multivitamins 3x a day
Omega 3,6&9 x3 a day
and I also drink estro tea (rasberry lead tea) through out my cycle...
I really looked at every ingredience with my multi vitamins because i know alot of people were taking fertilaid and when i compared the two i was amazed at how much more the progressive vitamins had. So keep that in mind.
How do you take your Chastetree/Vitex? I bought a bag of the loose herb at the health food store the other day, I made a tea out of it the first day and it was... well it was strong and kinda nasty. Any suggestions?
Vitex I always took the pills it seem so complicated! I guess if youre doing the tea you need the strainer thats what i have used with the fertil-tea do you have 1? or you just mean its strong all around? Vitex is hard it messes w/ the hormones and gives you one heck of a headache!!
Just wanted to share what i take every month.Iron tablets,Vitamin b6,Folic acid,And along with 50mg of clomid days 2-6 i take robitussin (guaifenesin) 1 spoonful daily starting as soon as period ends then stop when you ovulate. And a daily glass of yellow grapefruit juice taken same time as robitussin. The grapefruit and robitussin help cervical mucus as clomid can dry it up.And the Vitamin b6 helps with your monthly cycle mostly with LP.I eat healthily and nuts and seeds are good for fertility so is sweet potatoes so i eat them every day too.My doctor said i have a high level of folic acid so its working for me.Hope im helpful ladies SSBD xx
