what to use from ovulation on???

I use EPO from CD1 till ovulation and it seems to work well, but as soon as i stop taking it then it stops works... Is there somthing else I can take from ovulation day till CD1 that will help with CM?

Hi I just wanted to add my comments about robitussin cough syrup that contains (gauifenesin)as the only ingredient.I was on clomid and it can dry up CM in some women.So i found out about robitussin and took it when AF ended until ovulation begins and i drank a glass of grapefruit juice every day too as it was meant to be helpful also.Flakseed can be dengerous if not taken correctly so i would stay away from taking it.Hope i was helpful xx

They say to stop taking EPO after ovulation because it makes your uterus contract, and that may affect implantation I guess.

Hi Everyone!

I take EPO to help balance my hormones and my Naturopathic Doctor doesn't tell me to stop taking it because you don't have to.  This essential oil is good for your whole body all the time and I only decrease the amount if my skin starts getting too oily.

I believe shes talking about having problems with dryness which i have alot of! My body does the same thing as soon as i quit EPO i dry up and right b4 AF is the worst its so bad i usually push my DH away cus its hurts so bad to have sex!!

I'm gonna go read that post you're talking bout if theres some vitamins to help with CM i wanna know i hate the dryness and not making fertile CM is not helping the baby making process any!!

What do you mean when you say it stops working?  Your body should be producing CM when you are fertile and not throughout your whole cycle.

I too, have heard of the Fish Oil after O, as well as Flax Seed.  There is a post in our Baby Dust Buddies group that talks about vitamins for fertile CM.  I think I've copied and pasted info about it there.

I've always heard to switch from the EPO to the Fish Oil after O but IDK if that will help with your CM I'm not sure lemme ask a friend of mine to double chk for you! I do know if you buy the Fertil-CM from Fertil-Aid you can take it straight through you dont have to stop and then your CM will be all the time!
