Under Active thyroid?
Do all IVF paitients of 'advanced maternal age' need to take thyroid medication even if they aren't consdered hyperthyroid? ( I think that is the word for under active thyroid?
Hi, I'm 45 just did my 2nd ivf, They take lots of blood and check tyroid and hormones first, If you need thyroid meds then I guess you would have to take them.

I haven't - don't see why. I haven't started with my IVF but I don't think that's come up.
