help reading test results

I just got my test results back this morning but I don't know how to read them. Can anyone help? Why do the numbers change?

Hi, if the result is 3rd day bloodwork test? TSH is Cumulative Thyroid Function Test, reference level is within 0.40 - 4.00 mu/L, ESTRADIOL is E2, if is 3rd, then should be <100 pmol/L, yours is fine. FSH <10 is good. Can't read yours of 5/5/2010. In general, at your age, the result is very good. I had one 3rd day done in March this yr with the similar result. But definitely need ur dr to explain as they all have different ideas of even the same numbers. Hope it helps.
