Day 19 of a usually 25-26 day cycle

I decided not to temp this month so I don't know exactly what day post ovulation I am..AF is due to start in 6-7 days..
I've been having a lot of back discomfort from the middle down..along with general body ache..
Feeling pain/discomfort on my lower left abd.region..
Bloating..
sore throat for a day
slight cramps/ discomfort in my lower abd front region on and off..
slight nausea on and off..
light discomfort both breasts on the outer side..
discomfort during BD on my lower left side..
Fatigue off and on..
