Face

My face has a lot of pimples and although i used a lot of creams it still continues to come and leaves a dark spot on my skin. I am a 16 year old boy and studying in senior school but due to this state i am depressed completley. I would like to know what can help me releive this condition.My body always feels hot and being in the Middle East where the climate is harsh i cannot be without airconditoner on. Please advice on what to do in life as besides my face pimples and heat boils on ,y body iam a fit person.

Zinc Oxide works well. That's what my son has used for years. You can get it over the counter or by prescription. Prescription would have a stronger cream but either one should work.
And be patient. Most teenagers go through this because their body is growing and changing so fast. By the time you're an adult you probably won't have to worry about this any more.  Take care!

Try putting vinegar ,apple cider preferably, on the spots , they soothe and have ben known to help drying and healing. There are many creams aswell have you asked the Doctor if he could give you something, a lot of teens here get spots they will go eventually , it does make you fed up though doesnt it, stay positive this is but a moment of time in your life .
