well .. the feeling of guilt u have (since u said *i m a sinner* ) is adding more to the problem . u can not change what u did in past but obv the present n future are in your hand .. i have almost same problems as u mentioned , i talked to many people but nothing was soothing ,, i m student and my bad academic record added more to my worry ,, so what i did to over come stress was to see the religious aspects of things that happen to us .. ( i would like to mention that i m a *muslim*. may b after reading this word *muslim* u would stop reading the comment ) in our religion we r taught that if we ask for forgivness with a pure heart Allah will forgive us and since we are human beings the satan will definitely distract us again n if we again commit sin n then ask again for help n forgiveness to ALLAH he will forgive and help us unless we are doing it with a pure heart .. !!
i m not very good at explaining things but if u want some more help or talk just reply here .. try to be calm when u get a pannic attack n bad thoughts come to ur mind .. think about the beautifull things that ever happened to u ..

i feel exactly the same way. i went through a major deppresion faze last year and it was my worst so far.i really love helping people but this is one of my problems to so im not sure i will be the help your looking for.im really glad when i find someone with similar problems.i suggest you eat properly.make sure your clean,and get out and do something.also do somthing for someone els.and if you have positive older siblings with transportation,call them up and do somthing with them. hope i could help,please write back.
