I have no friends at school and hate my life

I'm a 13 year old girl. I recently lost my best friend to an idiot that hates me, and lost all my other friends at school because of a misunderstanding that I deleted their instagram accounts. (I didnt)

It's the new year, I am about to go back to school and I have no one to sit with/talk to on the first day.

My mum expects me to be popular and my whole family keeps on judging me on everything saying "this is why you have no friends".

All I want to do is lock myself in my room and never leave. I can't handle it anymore!! I have asked people if I can join their group but they just ignore me!! I don't know what im gonna do on the first day, but i will probably be in the bathroom crying.

Does anyone have any advice?!? I'm so upset and can't take it anymore

Sewn ...so sorry...well I've also been a victim of this circumstance...what I advice you to do is to apologise to ur best friend if she forgives u fine.....but if she doesn't leave her alone and be yourself one day she'll get tired of keeping grudges wt u...people that like u will definitely talk to u

At your age I can see how this seems like the end of the world.  What's even more frustrating is that your family is unsupportive.  I think you should sit down and talk to your family and tell them what has been bothering you.  If you don't let them in then most of the time they'll just think you're being a moody teenager which is why so many teens have undiagnosed mental illnesses.  Ask them about getting you help such has therapy.  You should never be embarrassed to tell you're family how you are feeling.  Trust me, they would much rather you tell them what is going on rather than have you suffering in silence.

If that doesn't work you should talk to a school counselor or and adult that you trust.

There are also 24/7 crisis hotlines you can call that have trained advocates to assist you.

Try and see all the great things going on in your life.  Your best friend will come around.  Try and talk to him or her in person to let them know how you've been feeling.  I know it's easier said than done but I hope you give it a try!  Good luck!
