Motor tics

I am really concern about my motor tics. I have been having the eye blinking since little but now it has develop to my head and shoulder and my hands feel tense sometimes. I also feel scared and tense because i have been experience this :( how can i control this and what is the main cause

It could be Tourettes but it could also just be a facial tic. I think it would be a good idea to go get it checked out. Your doctor will be able to tell more or refer you to a specialist. In the meantime, stress, caffeine, lack of sleep and dehydration can aggravate the tics so try to watch all of that.

It's really important to go to the doctor and get yourself checked out. Only a trained professional can diagnose and treat your condition. I wouldn't wait if I were you, go right away to also have peace of mind. Good luck, Judy
