Motor tics

I am really concern about my motor tics. I have been having the eye blinking since little but now it has develop to my head and shoulder and my hands feel tense sometimes. I also feel scared and tense because i have been experience this :( how can i control this and what is the main cause

It could be Tourettes but it could also just be a facial tic. I think it would be a good idea to go get it checked out. Your doctor will be able to tell more or refer you to a specialist. In the meantime, stress, caffeine, lack of sleep and dehydration can aggravate the tics so try to watch all of that.
