confuse

im 16 and i know that im depress.i have been like that for 5years.no im not getting help and no i cant tell my parents they will think that im joking.i try to kill my self when i was 13. told my friend and he talk to a doctor about me.now every thing that happen bad in my life is taking a tole and i cant take it .tow things that holing me back from killing my self is that im a Christan and if i do it i will go to hell and hurt god.i dont care that i hurt my family or friends i cant take it.the place i work its depressing to me and stressful and now i need help what to do

Well you're asking for help but not offering to tell anyone?
The best thing to do is to tell someone, last year I went to a doctors alone and told them I thought I had depression, I had to tell my mum afterwards which she understood because of the way I acted. I then got councelling which is really helpful. They don't tell your parents anything you say and they can help you in a way that suits you. Seriously, take serious consideration of this.

If you want a way to tell your parents in a way that they'll believe you, go to a doctor first and ask him to tell them.

i cant go to a doctor they will singe me up as a suicide person and THEY will tell my parents that they do in my country

whats so bad about that? i... had a hard time getting help. i... cried when i told my doc and when he told my parents they said ok. its been half a year and they still drive me to my doc, psychologist, and starting now, to my psychiatrist. if your parents love you and care about you, they will help. if i was a dad, i would hate for my child to suffer.

u dont understand my parents will never believe the doctor my dad think that im lieing and the other thing is i does get abuse sometime so my father will never send me to a psychiatist to tell what he been doing

I know what you mean about the whole suicide thing. I'm not a doctor in any way, shape, or form, but you can talk with me, and I may be able to help. Have you tried going to the doctor with your friends or relatives instead of your parents?
