Involve yourself in some  voluntary work – thinking about helping others can take the focus off self introversion and self obsessiveness and can help with self esteem.  When you learn to respect and value yourself you can come to enjoy your own company and eventually others will too.  Taking care with your diet and your physical health can also improve your self esteem.

Regards,

Hi. We're quite similar, actually. I've always hated my body (I've been diagnosed with anorexia) and I also hav depression. If you are genuinely unhappy with your body, do something about it! If you suspect you are overweight, contact your GP to arrange a diet plan to help lose weight. Or you could start cutting down on carbs, etc and excercise 30-60 minute a day.
Your depression, however, needs seeing to. Tell your parents about it. If for any reason you feel you can't, contact the NHS. I go for therapy sessions there frequently and it helps a lot just taking about it.
Hope this helps :)
