Burping, Stomach Pains, Exhaustion, Disaster

For years ever since i was born i've always gotten illnesses several times a year. I'm 16 now, the last 4 years i constantly just get sick all the time. I burp non stop all day and all night everyday. There is not one day i don't burp, but some days i feel better than others. I vomit once to two times a day everyday. There is usually blood in my vomit. Some days i will not vomit but i will have severe nausea. I've gotten several tests done like: Blood tests, ultra sounds, Upper GI, and I got scoped. On all of my tests there was nothing abnormal. In the beginning they said it was acid reflux, then gastritis. The prescribed me prevacid, then added zofran to help nausea, and now antibiotics. I've been to the hospital several times the last year, and to my pediatrician, and gastrologist  The medications help a little bit some days, then the rest of the days, not at all. Whatever this is, it destroys my life. I miss out on playing my favorite sport, softball. I miss out on dances and dancing. I miss out on school. I miss out on life.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
I am sorry to hear about your medical problems. Smoking, alcohol use, gastritis, acidity, tumors of stomach and food pipe, bleeding gastric ulcer, cancer of stomach, erosion of lining of food pipe, bleeding veins at esophageal (food pipe) sphincters etc all cause vomiting of blood. This can be fresh red if coming from a place above the stomach. It can be brown or coffee colored if coming from the stomach.  Tumors/cancers of the oral cavity or mouth, pyorrhea or pus in gums and Vitamin C deficiency can cause bleeding from mouth, which if ingested can result in vomiting. Most of these conditions may have been ruled out in your case by the endoscopy you had. Also, rule out food intolerance (lactose, gluten etc).
The other possibility is that you are coughing up blood. This can be due to bronchitis or pneumonia, lung cancers (especially in smokers), tuberculosis, bronchiectasis (a disease leading to dilatation of airways), pulmonary embolism (or clot in lung), or fungal and other infections.
Discuss these possibilities with your doctor.  A comprehensive investigation is required keeping all the points in mind.
Also a few lifestyle changes may help: Drink cold milk. Avoid heavy meals and eat frequent small meals. Avoid too much of caffeine, tea, smoking, fried food and drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic fuzzy ones. Avoid heavy exercises within 4 hours of a heavy meal. Raise the head end of the bed by pillows to 30 degrees. Avoid lying down for least 2 hours after food. Take a late night snack. Maybe these tips will help you. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.
