Do I have a infection?

Hello, I am 16 years old of age and this is my first time on a relationship in high school. One day, my boyfriend began to finger me and I know myself that I should not have let him but I never said a word. The day after, I had a burn feeling while urinating along with a strong urine like smell, cramps without being on my period and a little bit of soreness. Then the day after my period came. On the third and fourth day, I started to take over-the-counter medication of ibuprofen. So far it feel like it healed and I drank cranberry juice which I think also helped. On the fifth day, I decided to stop taking these medications since I felt a little off and my period ended on this day which was too early. Today, the pain is slowly coming back and I am worried if I do have an infection or not, but this pain has been here almost a week. Do I have to see the doctor? How long will this take? What should I do?
