Do I have fibroids?

My last normal was period was the beginning of March. I was supposed to get my period in the beginning of April but it never came. I assumed I was pregnant, but after 2 negative pregnancy tests, I was still confused about my absent period. Around the end of June, after sex I was lightly spotting. I didn't think anything of it. But it wouldn't stop. As time went on, the bleeding got heavier. I've had no pain, only bleeding. I believe its fibroids. The bleeding doesn't look like regular menstrual blood, its way brighter. I have no pain, and if anything, its very dull. Its now August and the bleeding is very heavy and bright. Its weird that I started bleeding the day I had sex, there was no spotting before that! My boyfriend did go "very deep". Maybe he ruptured something but again, I have no pain! Just bleeding. Help me!

Hi,
You need to see a gynecologist for a diagnosis; you would have to be examined in person. Make an appointment for a pelvic exam, and describe what your issues are (absence of your period, plus the post coital bleeding). There are a variety of factors that can cause what you've been experiencing, which should be looked into by a medical professional. Meanwhile, you may want to research secondary amenorrhoea, which is when a woman stops having her normal menstrual period.
