Eating alot but i don't get bigger

So recently this thought has been going on in my mind and i stumbled across this website and i decided to see if there were any answers to my question.

Im 17, skinny, 60kg, don't really exercise and im 1.85m tall

I usually eat alot like about 4-6 meals a day and this has been going on for the past 3-4 years. Thinking about it, its pretty common if you eat alot you'll get bigger ( fatter) but for the last few years my body hasn't really changed much but my height has and i was thinking there might be a problem with me.

So i was hoping to find some answers to this question, why is my body not expanding?

I've heard from my friends that it could be because i have fast metabolism but everyone has that so yeah..

Well for starters- everyone's metabolism is different. So perhaps you do have a good healthy metabolism. Mine is almost non-existent, however that is caused by my thyroid problems. So there are many health problems that may explain a lack of weight gain. Have you ever been told you need to gain weight? If you feel something is wrong, talk to your doctor. There are many serious things that can cause rapid weight loss or make it impossible to gain weight.

The other thing I would like to point out that gaining and loosing weight isn't so much about how many meals you're having or how much you're eating but what you're eating. For example I have never eaten breakfast until 2 years ago- when I first started loosing weight. I use to eat less food, less often- but the caloric intake  was higher. Do you have any idea how many calories you average in a day? Are you getting plenty of protein, fats, and fiber? I suggest playing with the food tracker on here and adding a typical day. If you're only averaging 1500 calories, maybe you need more.
