hello. i'm kc.
i have had acid reflux for years now and the other day i had spicy tacos for lunch then i had fried chicken for dinner. i went to bed really late that night and early in the morning it felt like a bunch of pins were sticking me in the middle of my chest. i also have asma and anxiety and it really didn't hurt that much or for that long and it didn't really wake me up to like i have to take some medicine but i could feel it, and it went away and it didn't come back all day, but my back, neck and my lungs were kinda hurting today.
i don't think it is really like my heart or anything because it hurt for about a minute maybe two and it went away. it was like in the middle of both my breasts. i just really don't know what is going on. both of my parentsare in the medical field and they said nothing is seriosly wrong.
my mom said it might be my reflux and my asma. and my dad said that nothing is eally wrong, i'm too young for my heart to be having that big of prolems.
but i'm like really hard-headed and i need to know what you guys think.
what kirb said is NOT good. you need to eat breakfast. and it is actually proven that if you eat breakfast (something like cereal (not the sugary stuff) or scrambled eggs...something small and simple) can help you loose weight. and eating 6 SMALL meals through out the day is better then just 3 big meals. it also helps cut down on the snacking. if you do want to snack instead of chips, cake or biscuits grab an apple or banana. not eating can make you gain weight at first. instead of your body burning fat it attacks your muscle and eats that first.
as far as the excersing goes your body may be to used to what your doing. changing the routine up helps. i was a swim coach prior to having my kids and what i did with my swimmers was i'd have them do something different every day. of course they swam everyday but for their dry land workouts i'd mix it up for them. it helped them keep in shape and stay lean.
lol, try drinking more water and less salt, salt causes water retention and what appears to be weight gain, not to mention that women usually gain 5-10 pounds during their period, you could simply be experiencing watewr retention, cut down on salty foods, drink 4 64 fl oz glasses of water a day, keep excersing, dont eat breakfast, if you do make sure that it is something very low in calories, and coffee is good to lose unwanted pounds, only eat lunch and dinner and a small snack between, you will run your body off of about 2,000 calories and you will start to slowly drop weight, but if i am right if you cut down on salt your body will release water better...and just dont worry your probably not even overweight you sound like your at a perfectly healthy weight for your size, not to mention you will probably grow 3 inches by your senior year... probably lose a permanent ten punds and look gorgeous...dont worry about it
