HELP! What could be going On?

Hi, I am a 16 year old girl and have been experiencing these symptoms, I am thirsty all the time, always hungry, my kidney hurts, Im dizzy and tired all the time, my vision is blurry even with my prescription glasses on, I feel Like I have to pee 24/7, my stomach is upset all the time, and I have the worst headaches! What could be wrong? I just plain old don't feel good and my mom said I looked a little pale today. I feel so awful! Please help me, what is going on!

so I whent to the doctor and I didn't tell them I had hunger, thirst and dizziness. I know I should have. they said I have a uti and gave me antibiotics. but they said they will wait for the culture from my urine and call us. can it show in my urine if it is diabetes?

Hi there, I'm in my final year of medicine so I think I can give some pretty good advise of what's going on with you.All the signs and symptoms you just gave all ads up to diabetes, the frequent urination,thirst and hungger is called polyuria,phagia and dipsia and that's the most common symptom of diabetes. Pale,dizzynes and headaches are caused by low blood sugar.The blured vision,upset stomach and sore kidneys are effects of diabetes cause its a systemic disease it effects all body parts.The best advise I can give you is to seek medical help immediatly!!!! And get tested for it before you have a emergancy.But when you feel dizzy try drinking a glass of coke and see if it makes you feel better. Hope this helped.

i know very little about this so please don't take my word for it.. but it sounds like diabetes or iron deficiency perhaps? probably the first. but either way even if this wasn't serious, seeing a doctor would be the best idea
