Had Encephalitis

I have recently had viral encephalitis and i have now been home home for 3 weeks but have started having strange things happening like my back feels like shocking pressure when i bend my head forewords , a very very numb foot at some stages and sometimes if i concentrate hard on something my eyes go left too right really quickly and was just wondering if this is all normal because havent heard anything else about these things.
