Help ASAP. No periods. Only cramps.

I am 14 and I get my periods around 17th of the month. I'm having periods from about 6 months. From last 2 days I am having extreme cramps and vomiting. But I did not have my periods. I feel sick but there is no bleeding. The cramps are really painful. I don't know why is it so? Please help!
Also,I masturbated about 10 days ago. I fingered myself. Is it related?
I am still a virgin.
