Its getting me horrribly down because i like to go out to clubs etc with my friends and wear nice clothes like any normal 16 year old girl, but i cant because i dont want people to see my chest. and i also have a boyfriend, who ive been with for 8 months, and he has never seen me once with a top that goes below my colar bone. its so embarrassing n i really wish i could do something but ive hit rock bottom n dont no what to do anymore.. anything you can suggest

For starters, get back to the doctor and try a different antibiotic and/or cream. There a many many products that could work for you. Also be sure to cleanse the areas daily with a gentle acne wash so you wont further irritate the skin. Over scrubbing can make it much worse. (Remove make up at night.!) I like Neutrogena products...Theres one called Neutrogena Clear Pore Mask/Cleanser. Works well without irritating. About $6 at walmart. Pro Active worked well for my teenagers. First and foremost though remember that we all judge ourselves and our appearance much more harshly than others...I promise you that. I know that you are beautiful to the people in your life who are your TRUE friends with or without pimples! Still...have your mom call your doc for a follow up appt. Take care.

There are a number of body scrubs you can try that might be worth a shot. Also you can ask about going on the pill, which might help. good luck.
