How to not give up

Never felt so crappy, had to stand there today whilst someone pointed out every piece of fat on my body and it really got to me, I'm sitting here crying when I should be working out. The only thoughts crossing my head are 'you might aswell give up, you're going to fail anyway' I have my motivational blog but I need something extra. Please help me out

Thanks a tonne for answering!! Walking isn't an option for me unfortunately, I'm literally scared of leaving my house, school is the only exception! Sorry for what you went through, I've already ditch the junk food aha

I'm sorry you're going through this. People can be so cruel sometimes. I went through a chunky stage right before puberty and at around 13 I lost alot of weight.
Don't listen to people. I used to get teased too. Taking walks will make you feel better and it will help you lose weight.That's really what helped me to lose weight. I loved to walk. Try eating a more plant based diet. No junk food because it just is'nt good for you no matter what your age.
