Infection?

I'm 16 and I have white stuff inside my nipples, also my nipples don't come out. They come out when I get out of the shower but only for a few seconds. Is it always going to be like this or just until I fully mature?

hi my sister is 15 years old and she is having the same problem your having if she squuezes her nipples their is white stuff that comes out of it and she said it only happens in the shower too and my mom was wondering wat that could be too
