Lower back/Penis pain

I'm having back pain, specifically the tailbone if I had to make a fair guess at exactly where. At the exact same time I developed this back pain, the 'bulb'/perineum of my penis became noticeably painful after masturbation or urination. This developed out of nowhere, one morning in last year's October.

Obviously, it has been a very long time since then, and I am STILL in pain -- and more pain than I was then. The problem is worsening. I have seen more than a handful of doctors, being prescribed cipro for possible prostatitis, or getting an MRI to see if my spine could be causing any issues. Nothing was apparent.

I am only 18 years old, so I am told the problem being cancer is highly HIGHLY unlikely, so I am not entirely absorbed in that concern. I get a bit paranoid about it at times, but even the MRI would've likely shown some kind of mass, and again, no signs point to this being anything of that nature. I am out of money to go to the doctor, though, at most I have one or two more visits before I will simply be unable to go.

Right now, I am being prescribed muscle relaxants to see if they have any effect. Thus far, they do not. I am still in pain aside from the odd day where it eases up a little. I have tried hundreds of things including prostate pillows and doughnuts and whatnot, all to no avail. I simply don't have the money to keep going to the doctor, so I need to figure what this is out fast, preferably before I go to the doctor.

I have no leakage or blood or anything of the sort from my penis or in my excrement, but there does feel like there could be potential blockage in my anal region. That could be because of radiating pain preventing my muscles from working correctly, obviously. I also sometimes can push on my tailbone and push -something- back in/upwards, and it seems to have a positive effect on the pain, but I can't always push up on this enigmatic object.

I have my suspicions it  could be a hernia or herniated disk, but the urologist said it was likely not a perenial hernia, or anything under his jurisdiction. Really, I'm just looking to get this out of my life so I can move on.

I am dying for an answer. Please help me.

i have a similar thing happening. my back pain is to the right, just to the top of the pelvis. clearly muscular/nerve and not spinal. But the radiating pain shoots down to the penis tip. My Urologist doesnt know much about the relationship of nerves in this area... so hes a bit out of his element. everythign else i've been tested for is negative.

I did begin riding a bike a lot this year, and my feeling is that i damaged some nerves and muscles.

i'd like to know how to get rid of this pain. its exhausing.

Tailbone pain or coccydynia or coccygodynia is caused by the coccyx (the last vertebra) dislocating when you sit. It is often caused by falling backwards or high pressure jerks. In about a third of cases the cause of pain is not known. Use a well-padded seat or air tubes when sitting. Avoid long periods of sitting in one posture. Anti inflammatory drugs, pain killers, local analgesic creams all help to some extent. Some benefit by local steroid injection at the site of the pain.
It could also be due to bone disease or, nerve compression (spinal or pudendal nerve). Since there is pain at tip of penis and there is no infection or STD, nerve compression is a possibilityA combined approach of a neurologist and an orthopedic specialist is needed.
