Lump on left rib

A few months ago, I noticed that my left ribs poked out further than the ones on my right. Because there was no pain, I ignored it and apparently forgot about it. A few days ago, however, I noticed that it had gotten larger and is now extremely tender and sore to the touch. Also over the past few months, I have noticed that it it has become increasingly harder for me to breathe. I have also been frequented by back pains, headaches, and slightly blurry vision. I have even noticed that the area appears to be surrounded by visible blood vessels. The area feels soft and much squishier than the same area on my right ribs. It has gotten so swollen that I can no longer feel my ribs on the left side. What could this be?

You need to make a doctor's appointment or go to urgent care. Difficulty breathing is a symptom that should not be ignored.
