351246_tn?1379685732
Hi!
The ACL cruciate ligament does present as low to intermediate increased intensity on MRI. This is a normal finding. However there may be mildly increased signal in sagittal T2 plane in case of a sprain or partial thickness tear. It is difficult to comment on the MRI without seeing it. Please discuss with your treating doctor. Take care!
