My Nipple has a lump and Discharges a clear liquid

Hi.
I am wondering why my nipple for about two weeks has a lump under the nipple area and why does it discharge a clear watery liquid? Then once i left the shower, so I tried to squeeze it. When squeezed with pressure my left nipple would discharge a clear watery liquid. My right nipple is completely fine there is no discharge or lump in my right nipple just the left one. I have tried to put a hot facecloth on it, but I don't think that has helped me. Also the discharge isn't just coming out of one pore ( I guess thats where its coming from), there is about 5 pores but they dont discharge without pressure. It also isn't alot of discharge.

It's probably a pimple that hasnt quite formed. I'm not 100% sure but i do think the area around the nipples has pores (for example when you have goosebumps when cold, the pores are really noticable). So it's probably jsut that :)
