My legs feel queezy

Well i am an athlete, but recently a problem has been holding me back. Every time i run my legs the blood gets really cold and feel like there about to give out but i still stay. As long as there moving im fine but as soon as i stop they get really queezy and about collapse. i need help to figure out what this might be and how to cure it...

There is a huge list of possibilities... anemia, pinched nerve, hyperparathyroidism, chronic fatigue syndrome, relapsing fever, and a number of other more rare conditions.

If diet change doesn't help, make a doctor's appointment to have a physical done.

Yes i do eat a pretty healthy diet. But maybe if i take protein more vitamins in that area. Do you know what it might be if not my diet

Do you eat a healthy diet, with enough protein, potassium, etc.? Thoroughly look at what you are eating and keep a food diary of it for a few days. Your body needs enough of each nutrient to keep performing at it's best and if you aren't getting what you need, then there could be a number of problems that result from it.
