you've reached the age where your starting to sexually mature, ejaculating is a sign that your reproductive organs are working and that your testies are producing sperm. (i.e going from a boy to a man). All of this is a part of puberty. :)
because its called masterbating. its perfectly normal! all that happens is that the white substance (sperm) goes threw the spermal cord and out the penis
