Period Late

I am 19 years old, and I usually get my period regularly every 29 days or so. I don't remember exactly when I got my period last, but I believe I last had in in early/mid April. I am not sexually active nor am I on birth control. I am also a college athlete and finished my second marathon last month. I have not be exercising as excessively as I was before, so I don't know if that is why I haven't gotten it... I keep thinking I have the pre-symptoms of my period but I still have nothing.

Please help me to know what might be happening and what might I be able to do.

Thank you.
