Im 17 And Have Alot Of Acne Of My Face, There Mostly Located On My Forehead And Cheeks Ive Tried Everything From Cleansing Wipes, Gel's, Soaps, aloe vera etc. and they dont take off Its Very Embarrasing People Starring At Me And My Family Telling Me Im Full Of Dirt And Little Kids Telling Me If I Have Chicken Pocks, Is There Any Home Treatment I Can Use To Get My Pimples Off? And IAlso Have Acne StainsThat Neve Took Off Is There Anything I Can Doo For That? Please Help I Need This ASAP!

You can go to your local pharmacy and look around at all of the topical, over the counter acne medications. Pick one of those and see how that works for you. Also make sure to keep your hands off your face, don't pick at or pop any pimples, and drink plenty of water.
