Scary Back/Shoulder Pain

I experience some discontenting left shoulder/back pain. I just turned 17 this month and am terrified of an early death.

One day I was sick about two weeks ago, and I started to experience a pressure/dull ache in my back just down and right of my left shoulderblade. This pain/pressure has been causing havoc upon me ever since. Since then, it has moved to my left arm, back of left side of neck, left side of chest, and left upper side. This pain is now only present once again in the one spot below and to the right of my left shoulderblade. However, this pain seems to be a come-and-go pain. It appears to come for 10 minutes, and be gone for 10, then repeats this process. Also here recently, I have been experiencing very minor nausea that does not last long, and I also occasionally have been experiencing a fatigued/sickly feeling. My mother also smokes and I think I may have done quite a bit of second-hand smoking in my lifetime, but I haven't breathed in any smoke in at least a year. I don't understand what's going on, but I believe that some of this stuff may be made up in my head because of my extreme anxiety towards it.

I had concluded for a little while that I must have some kind of cancer. However, my mother disagrees and thinks it's just a pain from slinging my backpack on that spot and causing a pulled muscle or damage to a nerve. I don't know what to think, but I'm extremely scared and need any help I can get. I do not have health insurance and can't afford to pay any medical bills right now, so I am asking for advice here!

Thank you.

It's a common problem called shoulder impingement syndrome. What you need to do is go to a physical therapist and learn shoulder and back workouts. If you don't you will form scoliosis aka curvature of the spine!  And when it comes to the sickly feeling you need to drink lots of water eat healthier & exercise.

UPDATE:

I was in Church last night, and whenever I noticed myself in bad posture with my upper back hunched, I would straighten it out. This would cause a small pop in my upper back and I would feel better.

Now every time I do this procedure this happens. Is my problem from bad posture?
