Severe bone pain, headaches, and fatigue ... help?
I have recurrent severe bone pain and headaches, allergies/sinusitis, difficulty breathing through nose (not necessarily with congestion), severe vitamin d deficiency, anxiety/depression, muscle aches and weakness, severe fatigue (does not get better with rest), somewhat desensitized neck and back muscles (and after pressing them, pressure and tingly pain persists for a few minutes when no longer touching the area), general malaise, weird sensations in the chest, not complete fluttering but fluctuating lightness and pressure forcing me to take a deep breath ... i know its weird, im not really sure), and all of these symptoms got worse after i had the flu this past december. I don't know whats really wrong or if these are related, but im open to any suggestions, thanks.

Hi!
Unexplained aches and pains coming on and off, weird sensations, fatigue etc could be due to fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, Crohn’s disease, H pylori infection, anemia, liver disorders, diabetes, hypothyroidism, Vit B12 or Vit D deficiency and due to calcium or magnesium deficiency. It can also be due to sleep related disorders. In women it can be due to hormonal disturbances related to PCOD. Severe anemia, and parathyroid gland disorders can also be the cause. Autoimmune disorders, multiple sclerosis and peripheral neuropathies due to diabetes, hypothyroidism, Lyme or lupus too should be investigated for.
Since I cannot examine you and know other related conditions you may be having, nor is a detailed history possible on net, I have listed the various possibilities that should be looked into. Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.
