Small, raised, soft bump in penis shaft.

Hello, this is my first post here...and I'm quite afraid to be honest. About two months ago, I obtained a single raised bump, very very small, but raised, on my penis shaft. Let it be known I have not engaged in any sexual content with anyone, oral, anally, vaginally, etc. I am only 16 years old, and have had a girlfriend friend for a long time. Anywho, it has stayed there, hasn't grown or gone away, and no more have popped up anywhere other than that single one. It's not a pimple, it's not hard, and it's the same color as my skin. Does anyone have ANY ideas? Also, if anyone needs any other info, please ask.
