Spot on Tounge

I went to Africa over the summer and had been having wierd fevers... they start in my neck and I get a body ache. Yesterday I started to get one but this time 4 of my lymph nodes are swollen 3 on the left side of my neck and one other side. I also have white spots on my tougne and they hurt and are getting bigger. They are not only on my tounge i have two on the inside of my bottom lip... but they dont hurt as bad as the ones on my tounge... help?

You really need to see a doctor to find out just exactly what is going on. Fever and swollen lymph nose indicate infection of some sort. It could be viral, bacterial or parasitic. The mouth spots are obviously related to this; it might be oral thrush caused by a lowered immune system from whatever your body is trying to fight off. Get a medical opinion asap.
