Swollen Pain

My right vagina lip has become swollen & it feels like a knot, it is very painful & this is the second time happening, i've never had sex & it has only occurred during my period, any clue on what this may be ? It is one of the most painful things that has happened to me & i can hardly sleep because i toss & turn trying to find a comfortable position to accompany my swollen vagina.

it sounds like your lymph nodes get swollen during your period..... which is normal, the ones in my armpits gets swollen and hurt when im on my period.... if it gets too bad you should go see a doctor and get them to put you on birth control that might help
