Tear in corona (penis)?

I noticed it a while ago that there was a small hole (Smaller than my meatus.) on the top right side of my penis. I'm 99.99% sure it was never there.

I pulled the foreskin away from the shaft near the corona and pointed my the head of the penis towards my face. I could see a white pus-like goo in the hole. The hole was about a millimeter deep. I washed it out as best as I could without irritating it, surprisingly, it almost didn't hurt at all. It didn't look irritated and inflamed at all before I slightly irritated it while cleaning the pus out as best as I could.

About how long would it take to heal?

Optional: Any antibiotics, creams, that you would recommend to speed up the healing process and prevent from further infection?

Tiny bit of Peroxide and some type of healing ointment .  I would also air that area out at night. Bacteria loves damp warm places so go commando while you sleep  . That might help.
