Turretes?

Well im 15 and i've had these tics since ive been around 15.  The tics include eye twitcing or blinkning, making a weird noise with my throat, tightining my muscles in my neck.  Well I was just wondering if this is turretes because i've been doing some research online and it seems like i have mild turretes but im not sure if someone could please just help me out I'd be very very thaknfull.

I'd ask a doctor. I might have turrets as well, but my twitches are very different. They're triggered by bad memories, and usually have nothing to do with eyes.

TOURETTE syndrome is one of several neurological motor tic disorders. I would recommend That your Doctor schedule a neurology referral to be sure of the diagnosis. And yes TOURETTE`s syndrom (syndrome) may involve tics of the eye muscles. But you need an accurate diagnosis and futher help. Take care.
