I am a body piercer, i see this sort of thing a lot, you should NOT use alcohol or any oily healing aid such as neosporin or bactine., you probably streatched too fast, you should only go up ONE size at a time and wait at least 1 week before you go up again, clean your ears with antibacterial soap (dial or softsoap) twice a day, go back to your smaller size until it is COMPLETLY healed. you can also use natural antibiotics such as teatree oil, dissolve it in water and soak your earlobe or apply it concentrated. sea salt and warm water on a cotton ball also makes a good soak, let me know if you have any questions! good luck!
and remember streatching is a slow, time consuming process that can go HORRIBKY wrong if rushed.
continue to clean the affected area multiple times daily. make sure you keep your eye on the swelling. if the swelling continues you will need to go get some mild antibiotics from the doctor. i'd switch from bactine to bedadine. at night try to make sure that you don't sleep on the affected area.
