What can this be?

Hi,
About five months ago I had an encounter with a high risk girl. We did not have sex or oral sex. But she did touch her vagina for a few seconds then rub my penis tip for a few seconds, but that was it. The next day I noticed my penis was red and blotchy with a few red dots. I thought nothing of it but then the red dots disappeared and my penis was just red with cracked dry lines and what looks like white penile papsules (which I've never had before) I went to the doctor who looked at my penis and he said it looks like a yeast infection, but I have used about 5 different creams now and it won't go away! I'm really worried in case this could be something more serious and am just looking for some insight on this.
Thanks

Yeah I've had it looked at so many times and they keep saying the same thing, no symptoms or visual evidence that looks like it. But obviously I'm still worried, the doctors haven't really helped that much to be honest

You should ask your Dr to do a culture for yeast, bacteria and herpes. I know he said it looked like yeast but doing a culture would say for sure. It's possible that it could be one of the three I mentioned. You really should be tested for herpes, just in case. Is there any way you can talk to this girl and ask her if she has it?
