What is wrong with me due to my symtoms..?

for well over a month now ive been having coughing fits frequently that make me feel like I can breathe, which make me cough more.  
Also along with that im coughing up a lot of Phlegm...
Ive had a few dizzy spells and feeling unwell too.
Plus ive had headaches, runny and blocked nose, watery eyes, itchy eyes and extremely bloodshot eyes that keep coming and going, and also a raspy voice sometimes.

I have been to the doctors last week and they gave me hayfever tablets, but they don't seem to really work as im still feeling the same or sometimes slightly worse.
Do you know what ive got, if it is just hayfever or a cold, or something else?

I'd stick to the doctor's diagnosis. Things that would help would my NyQuil, that will knock you out so you can get sleep and over come the illness, and Mucinex DM, preferably the liquid kind because it works faster. Both will alleviate symptoms, hope you get to feeling better!!

Hi i would go back to your Dr you may need a course of Antibiotics from what you have said , Get that chest clear , Take care ,
