Okay, so I'm 18 almost 19, and since about late November early December I haven't been feeling like myself at all. I feel nauseous alot and bloated sometimes, I've also been pretty tired and there are times when I can get really hungry but when I eat, I feel sick. The only thing that's been normal about me lately are my cycles. I've never had sex before, and my boyfriend and I haven't done anything that would make me think I'd be pregnant, but I don't understand what could be wrong. Is it hormonal changes. or maybe an infection of some sort? Help is certainly appreciated!
Well, if you are not pregnant then possibly you have a bad case of acidity or stomach flu or even IBS, Crohn’s or liver infection. At times polycystic ovaries cause similar symptoms. You will need some tests for confirmed diagnosis. Meanwhile take probiotics, antacid gels and omeprazole and see if it helps. Eat healthy and drink plenty of fluids.Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Take care!
