Why do I get hot and sweaty all the time?

Hi

Alright whenever I do something that makes me a little nervous or excited or whatever, I get very hot all over my body and very sweaty in my palms and armpits. For example I do a presentation in class.

Also when I am in a stuffy car or room it happens there as well. I need to turn on all the fans and open all the windows at work to feel comfortable.

I have tried mitchum to stop sweating but it doesn't help really.

I started noticing this when I was taking finals and I got nervous and felt like I was going to faint or something.

I am a 16 y/o male this has been happening for half a year or so. please someone help

It is completely normal to get hot and sweaty when you are nervous. If you want to decrease the amount that you sweat, try working on relaxation techniques to reduce your stress levels. If you feel more comfortable and confident about a test you are going to take, then you won't be as nervous and sweaty.
