Why is the second "wank" better than first

Sorry for the slight slang, but i cant think of a singular for masturbate to put into context, but why is the 2nd wank always a bette sensation than the first, or at least to my expeirance..
I can totally understand why it takes like to ejaculate and that, because well to my understanding its because your body has already done what its had to and is going to quickly have to "restock" so without it on demand it maybe holds on for a minute, and also it probably doesnt WANT to go through it again as its job for today is done
