Yeast Infection

by imony917, Jun 09, 2009 10:02AM
After using Irish spring soap I realized I had a yeast infection. I had redness and a rash on the vulva and cottage cheese discharge. I used a 3-day treatment that was CVS branded and its been 3 days now... I dont have the itching or redness anymore  and the rash is still present but not as bad. And I still have the cottage cheese discharge. Should I go back and buy more medicine or wait a few days for it to clear up??? I havent went to a doctor, I dont have any pain but I am convinced that its a yeast infection.

i think you should keep using the medicine but go to the doctor and tell them what medicine your using because if your have cottage cheese discharge it isn't very pleasant, but maybe if the rash went away and the discharge didn't then you could stop using the medicine. It's all up to you.
