my brother and i like to work out and we both a six pac ;) anyway my brother would do sit ups but everytime he would do them they got more and more out of place instead of it being in a nice equal one on top of the other and for me it started to a little making my pack a slight bit less noticable what are we doing wrong??
In all probability you are not doing the exercises, weight lifting and strength training correctly. Your brother probably puts more pressure on the wrong muscles. If you are doing this yourself, then I suggest you consult a good trainer and find out where you are going wrong. Take care!
