basic teen questions

i just have some basic questions

1. what can i eat and do (stretch or excercise) to get taller

2. i masturbate about 5 times a week, is that too much?

1. A healthy diet will help your bone structure grow. Avoid things like caffeine (coffee), alcohol, sugar and too much salt these starve your body of calcium. Make sure you get plenty of low fat milk, cheese, yoghurt anything with calcium. Eat fresh fish and eggs for protein. Fresh veg and fruit for nutrients, whole grain cereal or coral bars for snacks.

2. No. You've got a long way to go to beat me, it's ever had an adverse effect on me... apart from a sore arm now and again. ;)
